News Australian Women's Connection raise funds for HFCA girls program.

HFCA Head of Coaching Jimmy Campbell recently attended an event organised by Australian Women's Connection.

Hosted at the Australian Embassy in Phnom Penh the event was a great opportunity to celebrate the recent efforts of the Australian Women's Connection to raise funds for organisations that work with disadvantaged females in Cambodia. Jimmy accepted a cheque of $US3500 on behalf of HFCA.

Founded by a group of Australian women in 1997, the Australian Women’s Connection (AWC) is a social networking and support group for women living in Phnom Penh. Our main purpose is to provide opportunities for women to meet at our monthly lunches. Our social and fund raising events during 2014 raised the money that enabled us to support our nominated charities for 2014, including Happy Football Cambodia Australia. We are pleased to be able to assist the HFCA program that provides training for Cambodian Girls. We wish HCFA success in their future endeavours.
