Rithy played at the 2009 Homeless World Cup in Milan and was delighted to be able to share his life story with Liger Learning Centre students. It was his first experience of public speaking and whilst nervous he was also proud that young Khmers wanted to learn about his life and what he had achieved.
Also making a presentation to the 30 Liger School students was HFCA Country Manager Vibol Chao and he was impressed with the interaction from the young students who are obviously received a very high quality education at Liger Learning Centre.
Vibol and Rithy were wonderful and our students absolutely loved them and their content. I know the students enjoyed the video clips, had a lot of questions, and particularly enjoyed hearing Rithy's inspiring life story. We were so happy to have them at Liger.
