Cambodian government official His Excellency Rath Virak from Ministry of Environment spoke to all the HFCA players before the friendly game and said "We have to try our best to promote our sport for our nation for using your time to do the thing on the right way of global societies which accepted especially must away from the drugs and other bad thing which un-acceptable from the global societies."
"Don’t be hopeless and people around you are trying to help all of you by day to day but what you have to do is helping yourself first. I wish this event/game is running smoothly and all of you meeting healthy and be successful in your lives."
