''I believe that regular competitive football can potentially improve the team. As the captain, I am responsible for maintaining a positive attitude and resilience in the face of setbacks. I encourage my teammates to learn from losses, bounce back from disappointments, and remain focused on future goals" U18 HFCA Girls team Captain Dane Rin

However, it is very crucial to understand that to improve the team, training and learning the fundamentals of football is integral to success"
