News Fair Play 9... another fantastic event!!

Heaps of fun had by all - players, spectators, volunteers, kids, staff... and an incredible competition won by Raba United, beating Richmond Rangers in the final!!

Heaps of fun had by all - players, spectators, volunteers, kids, staff... and an incredible competition won by Raba United, beating Richmond Rangers in the final!! Over $3,500 was raised towards soccer programs for under priveleged kids in Cambodia and here in Melbourne.

Blessed with fantastic weather once again.. Fair Play expanded to 20 teams for the first, welcoming back many regulars, as well as a City of Yarra team, and new boys Vic Police and The Metropolitan Fire Brigade....

Against the backdrop of the final touches to the new look Vic Park, it promised to be an excellent day.

The Mayor of The City of Yarra presents FP9 winners Raba Utd with the Jinta Fair Play Trophy

The winners received 8 tickets to catch Melbourne Victory play Perth Glory on Sat Nov 20th and an invitation to head down to a training session at AAMI Park Stadium, to watch the players and get a tour of the venue!! 
A huge thank you to Melbourne Victory for this fantastic prize.

Raba United also received a slab of Coopers, and a trophy and medals coutrtesy of Jinta Sports.

For the runners up there was a slab of Coopers and medals courtesy of Jinta Sports, while the best of pitch in the final received an incredible $200 in a bank account at Bendigo Bank! this was won by the goalkeeper from the Richmond Rangers team.
