HFCA was initially set up in November 2005 to give underpriveleged youth in Phnom Penh a safe environment to play football.
HFCA has long standing well-established and meaningful relationships with a number of schools including the Canadian International School of Singapore, Ivanhoe Grammar School of Melbourne, Australia and the International School of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
HFCA endevours to create amazing experiences for the kids in the program, and has managed to forge relationships with three of the biggest football clubs in the world, through a combination of hard work, persistence and luck!
