Team Cambodia match reports

On our first full day and we played Argentina and Wales. Our players gave everything and scored a total of nine goals. We lost 7-5 to Wales and 6-4 to Argentina. The players were very sad after both games as we knew we deserved more.
 

Day Two was also tough as we played world footballing power Brazil and lost 8 -1. We managed to score four goals against Romania but they were too strong for us and beat us 8-4. On Tuesday and Wednesday we played three games losing to France 9-2.
 

The players kept believing despite the poor results and Wednesday was our best day yet beating Canada 7-4 and Sweden 9-5. Kimhong scored four goals for the second time to secure the 9-5 win. 

"To score two hat tricks for my country makes me so proud to be Khmer" said Kimhong after the match.
